Returns

Because it's a skin product, we can only take back tins that haven't been opened. Email [email protected] with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the return address.

If your skin reacts or you just don't get on with it, tell us within 30 days. We'll refund one opened tin per order — no need to send it back.

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, shipping included.

For unopened change-of-mind returns, postage is on you. For our mistakes, it's on us.

To your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving (or of our reply, for opened tins).
