• Sending the emails or texts you signed up for.
• Preventing fraud; tax and legal record-keeping.

We only use it to send Softly Rose Texts messages you agreed to. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only party that receives your number is the service that delivers our texts, and only to deliver them.

Payment processing, shipping, email and text delivery, and hosting providers — each gets only what it needs. We disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Your bag is stored in your browser. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Order records for as long as tax rules require. SMS consent records while you're subscribed, and for a period afterwards as proof. Anything else, on request, we delete.

Ask to see, correct or delete your data, unsubscribe from email via the link in each message, or reply STOP to texts. Some states give extra rights — contact us to use them.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
